Stated the were calling about a pending legal matter. Had SSN, address, DOB, everything. Said I would be served a summons and I was a defendent in a lawsuit.

Yesterday the number 8312250801 phoned me a few times. I couldn't answer it. Later I called it back. I was rejected. I called it later again but there was silence on the other side. I think it is nothing important. Probably telemarketer with another ad or an invitation.
