Called claiming an Amazon account was overdue using the number from a $50 gift card. Total scam phishing for personal information. As usual, a Hindi accent with a western name is a complete fraud and red flag. If they claim to be a bank or other financial institution, hang up and call the official number of the company they claim to be. Stay safe and informed.

Received a text from this number stating my ROMWE code is 171232. Goggled ROMWE is a discount code for clothing purchase. SCAM!!

I keep getting calls from this number and I have my block unknow callers setting on..

I received a call from this number today. The individual on the phone said they were from Chase. Said that my credit card was over the limit, but that all my payments were up to date and could I make an extra payment over the phone. When I said no he asked if he could schedule one for the future. I hung up, called chase, they said they did not call.

The people at this number say they are debt collectors for Chase. They call me over and over all day long all week long and won’t stop calling. We’re in the middle of the pandemic and I’m broke and out of work what can I do? I am so stressed.

Identity Theft danger, yes! So far my scam protection app has cut off 20 calls from these thieves, wow! There are so many warnings about this number, crazy!

FAKE! SCAM! SPOOF! PHISHING! ID THEFT! They pretended to be from Chase Bank. Then they asked for social security number, birth date, full name, address, etc, info to “verify” that we owed them. I told them a bunch of nonsense and they hung up, LOL! Don’t be fooled by them. WARNING!

Total Scammer: Blocked and, even after blocked, calls daily for the past month.

These guys made repeated calls 1 minute apart, we are reporting them to the authorities!

They have called us 7 times in 3 days but no message was left on our voice mail. We don’t pick up anonymous calls. They seem Scammy.

This number has called twice within one hour. Info on Scam reporting says they claim to be from Chase bank, but that they ask all sorts of information that is not safe to answer unsolicited over the phone. Also I have no outstanding fees owed to them. I have an account that I pay monthly on, and it is up-to-date. It seems that number is using Chase bank’s name to go fisching. Scam suspicion.

This number calls 3-5 days a week to both cell phones in my house. Caller ID says JP Morgan Chase. I don't have an account with them. Sent Chase a message via Twitter and Chase said this is not their number, they said this was a Phishing Scam. Beware!

Claimed to be Soloman from Chase. Asked for a call back number and he say that is alright they would call back and hung up on me. I contacted Chase using the number I had on file. 833-362-0388 is NOT from them.

Hang up. Scam. They want personal info. Just ignore and hang up.

debt collector from chase bank.The reason for a lot of callers that get calls from debt collector is sometimes the people that owe money give our other fake numbers.This was a legitimate call.I owe chase and talked to the guy.

They only give 1 option and that is to enter your account information this is a HUGE scam as I have never had Chase.

Number belongs to Chase Bank's Credit Card Services, you are being called regarding your credit card or regarding the credit card of someone who may have your phone number attached to their account. Call back the number on the back of your card. If you don't have any credit cards that are serviced by Chase Bank, call the number back, tell them you are receiving calls that are not meant for you, they will confirm that the call was meant for someone else (maybe an old number, or incorrect number) and delete your phone from that person's account.
