The number is valid as notifying of possible fraud. Call YOUR bank for the number that is YOUR banks fraud department. I just used my banks fraud number, (not the number that called me), and too care of the questions. The bank has offshored the people and I connected with a foreign accent. In the past it was always an American. GOOD SERVICE.. Quick. Call your bank though.

This was Vystar's Fraud Department, and a valid call. I didn't recognize the number and didn't answer, which resulted in my card being restricted. I have since been able to unlock my card.

This is legit. Shortly after receiving a call from this number, my bank contacted me to confirm that a recent international transaction was legit.
Calling to see if a charge on my debit card was legal
This is legitimate. I made an unusual online transaction using my debit card. Within seconds I received a call from this number. This is the number for their Fraud Department 3rd Party Debit Card issuer for my bank. I am very grateful for them. The phone number identifying them came up as Spam Risk. I did not answer it. I looked online for the identification for this number and read the comments. I then contacted my bank directly and they verified that their 3rd party debit card issuer did indeed call me and I was able to clear the transaction I made. This is legitimate and not Spam. If you received a call from this number...check your debit and credit card issuer @ your bank or credit card company as there are transactions on your card that need to be cleared, ESPECIALLY If you haven't used your card(s) recently, you really should double check for any transactions against them. If you don't, they may decline your use until you do.
