Phone did not ring, went straight to voicemail. Voice was messed-up. ITS A SCAMMER pretending to be from my bank's Fraud Dept.

Scam don't respond to this number.it is a scam period.

Automated call from my bank's fraud system informing me a temporary hold had been put on my card until I called the bank to verify an online use. I called my bank and confirmed the charge and the hold was lifted to allow the charge to go through.

The scammers are still at it. Do not reveal any information to this number. Call your bank directly instead!

The number is valid as notifying of possible fraud. Call YOUR bank for the number that is YOUR banks fraud department. I just used my banks fraud number, (not the number that called me), and too care of the questions. The bank has offshored the people and I connected with a foreign accent. In the past it was always an American. GOOD SERVICE.. Quick. Call your bank though.

Hackers phone number trying to get into your bank account. Do not respond to this number. delete it.

Received two calls from this number, claiming they are my bank’s fraud department. We did not provide any information and will contact our bank directly after the holiday.

received a call at 12:41 pm.

This was Vystar's Fraud Department, and a valid call. I didn't recognize the number and didn't answer, which resulted in my card being restricted. I have since been able to unlock my card.

Vystar phone scam number

AI. Claimed to be from bank calling about debit card. Asked me to verify name [which was correct], pressing 1 if yes, 2 if no. Hung up. Do not like giving phone # when filling forms out online which is why I answered call. Been filling out a few forms lately. Will call bank to verify claim.

It’s cost me half a day, and it’s going to take a 40 mile round trip to fix it! (833) 735-1891 is a BANKING SCAM!

This is legit. Shortly after receiving a call from this number, my bank contacted me to confirm that a recent international transaction was legit.

Calling to see if a charge on my debit card was legal

This is legitimate. I made an unusual online transaction using my debit card. Within seconds I received a call from this number. This is the number for their Fraud Department 3rd Party Debit Card issuer for my bank. I am very grateful for them. The phone number identifying them came up as Spam Risk. I did not answer it. I looked online for the identification for this number and read the comments. I then contacted my bank directly and they verified that their 3rd party debit card issuer did indeed call me and I was able to clear the transaction I made. This is legitimate and not Spam. If you received a call from this number...check your debit and credit card issuer @ your bank or credit card company as there are transactions on your card that need to be cleared, ESPECIALLY If you haven't used your card(s) recently, you really should double check for any transactions against them. If you don't, they may decline your use until you do.

pertaining to my checking account

The phone call is from the Detection Center, and the purpose is to verify recent activity on a mercantile bank debit card
