855-215-1831 — Users report suspected fraud

My mom got a call from this number. The person who was calling set an appointment for my mom to meet (by phone? in Person?) on 4/25/25 between 3 and 6 pm with "Rosalee." Upon searching the number and finding it's likely a scam, we will block the number.

This is SCAM. WTF?! -- I have this # (& many other #s from the same outfit / exact same message) "blocked", but Verizon still lets it go through to VM {VoiceMail}. It appears to me that Verizon is complicit in this scam by disregarding my "block" command and allowing access into my VM. (Same comment/complaint as others:) Each instance is the exact same pre-recorded bs message: “I was hoping to speak with you about a valuable service that's part of your membership. If you could please call 855 215 1831; we're available from 7 AM until 7 PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. We look forward to hearing from you and have a great day.” <end> "Membership" [in ?what?] info /or/ the caller/business name -- is not provided.

Always on a Saturday or after business hours to tell me about a valuable thing my insurance offers

24 second voicemail from +1-855-984-5121 No name of caller or business given just the following message. “I was hoping to speak with you about a valuable service that's part of your membership If you could please call 8 5 5 2 1 5 1 8 3 1 We're available from 7 AM until 7 PM central standard time Monday through Friday You look forward to hearing from you and have a great day…”

Strange background noise, some weird whispering and then whispered “slow down Israel”

Said it was Susan from Atena and wants me to call 855-215-1831 for a special service that come with my insurance. I block them and they keep using new numbers .

Susan at Aetna. No,no, a thousand times no, but still Aetna marketing sales calls me again and again under NO CALLER ID phone numbers. AETNA wants me to leave my PCP so they can provide me a NURSE CASE MANAGER who will OVERSEE ALL MY HEALTH NEEDS. I have had this call repeatedly and keep blocking the new numbers. I have confirmed the calls directly with Aetna and confirmed I am on their DO NOT CALL list for “valuable service” sales marketing offers. “Hello, my name is Susan I'm calling on behalf of Aetna, … insurance provider I was hoping to speak with you about a valuable service. …. If you could, please call 1-855-215-1831 We're available from 7 AM until 7 PM central standard time Monday through Friday You look forward to hearing from you and have a great day…”.

Said they would like to talk to me about my membership with them. Did not tell me the name of their company.

Aetna Medicare offers

Susan callled yesterday and today. Her voicemail is amazing. Her voice sounds exactly the same every time. Except today their was this huge sigh right before the recorded message was played... might be how they are trying to get around the illegality of playing a recorded message from the beginning.

Calls every day. Always at mealtime. No voicemail. Blocked

Got call from this number three times. First two left a message with Susan name wanted to discuss about benefit from Aetna. Third one called on ""Sunday"" , auto voice message "" please call back from Monday to Friday, 7am- 7pm""???. So, who called on the weekend? Scam.

""Susan"" called 4/8/21 1140, with call back number 855-215-1831, to discuss Aetna Option not known. This is 3rd recent call from 'her'.

What kind of insurance company wants to send someone into an elderly person's home during a pandemic? Would I be provided a copy of a background check on that person?

Robo message reportedly from Aetna (caller ID 855-215-1831), wanted to discuss offer. Gave call back as 855-746-8705, which is invalid and referred over to 800-544-3328. Aetna has no such number and did not make the call!

If it's Aetna, they need to learn a bit of phone etiquette. Rung four times hung up. No difference from scam artist procedure.

Left voicemail saying Aetna Medical has a service that's part of my plan. Glad my phone auto locked this call.

Company works with Aetna Medicare. Called Aetna directly and was told that this a service they offer to clients to go over benefits. ""Benefit Check"" is what I was told by Aetna. They will go over home health benefits to see if you qualify for services that you may need (that are covered by insurance) that you are currently not using. Aetna sub contracts this out.
