My mom got a call from this number. The person who was calling set an appointment for my mom to meet (by phone? in Person?) on 4/25/25 between 3 and 6 pm with "Rosalee." Upon searching the number and finding it's likely a scam, we will block the number.
This is SCAM. WTF?! -- I have this # (& many other #s from the same outfit / exact same message) "blocked", but Verizon still lets it go through to VM {VoiceMail}. It appears to me that Verizon is complicit in this scam by disregarding my "block" command and allowing access into my VM. (Same comment/complaint as others:) Each instance is the exact same pre-recorded bs message: “I was hoping to speak with you about a valuable service that's part of your membership. If you could please call 855 215 1831; we're available from 7 AM until 7 PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. AETNA wants me to leave my PCP so they can provide me a NURSE CASE MANAGER who will OVERSEE ALL MY HEALTH NEEDS. I have had this call repeatedly and keep blocking the new numbers. I have confirmed the calls directly with Aetna and confirmed I am on their DO NOT CALL list for “valuable service” sales marketing offers. “Hello, my name is Susan I'm calling on behalf of Aetna, … insurance provider I was hoping to speak with you about a valuable service. …. Except today their was this huge sigh right before the recorded message was played... might be how they are trying to get around the illegality of playing a recorded message from the beginning.

Got call from this number three times. First two left a message with Susan name wanted to discuss about benefit from Aetna. Third one called on ""Sunday"" , auto voice message "" please call back from Monday to Friday, 7am- 7pm""???. So, who called on the weekend? Scam.

Robo message reportedly from Aetna (caller ID 855-215-1831), wanted to discuss offer. Gave call back as 855-746-8705, which is invalid and referred over to 800-544-3328. Aetna has no such number and did not make the call!
If it's Aetna, they need to learn a bit of phone etiquette. Rung four times hung up. No difference from scam artist procedure.
Left voicemail saying Aetna Medical has a service that's part of my plan. Glad my phone auto locked this call.
Company works with Aetna Medicare. Called Aetna directly and was told that this a service they offer to clients to go over benefits. ""Benefit Check"" is what I was told by Aetna. They will go over home health benefits to see if you qualify for services that you may need (that are covered by insurance) that you are currently not using. Aetna sub contracts this out.
