855-707-7328 — Caller information and user comments

Call either to lower my monthly bill OR repair the cable connection of which I have had no problems with. Caller wants account number AND security code and when I said I was not comfortable giving that information, caller hung up. Definite red flag.

Did not answer. Get calls from spam saying they are Spectrum.

Called and left message asking for me by name and gave a muffled company name. This is a fraud spam call. Beware

Spectrum service reminder.

Received a scam email purporting to be from Spectrum and asserting that an item in my account had been changed. The email further advised that if I had not requested that change, I should call 1-855-707-7328 and speak with a Spectrum Representative. This is another of the bogus emails and telephone calls currently being reported. Disregard it.

number 513-854-0798 called this morning trying to get me to pay a debt of $142.85 to spectrum. Obviously a scam! Told me to call 855-707-7328. They gave me an address of 908 S. 74th St., Bellevue, IL saying I had an account active here. Hope this helps someone from getting scammed in to paying.

SPECTRUM Internet - Legit call to remind me of a service appointment scheduled.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 7/24/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.

It's a Spectrum customer service number. Spectrum not aware of current customers.

Legitimate call. This was a reminder of appointment for install of spectrum internet
