Absolute Scam. It's a ""Robo"" call and when you call back they answer with ""Client Services"". After asking for their company name, they get upset. I told them, ""I'm trying to get you paid, but I need to know who you are"" (but really I'm not because they are a scam) - I even told them that if they are a legitimate company they would say their company name - which isn't ""Client Services."" They responded with an attitude: ""Are you going to lecture me on how to answer a phone?"" I said: ""Yes, and have you ever heard of FDCPA, because you need to refresh yourself on it."" She hung up.
