I don’t think AT&T would say that and would actually give you a contact number to actually back let alone display a proper caller ID that truly shows the company name! I believe this is a telemarketing scam! Ignored!

ATT/DIRECT TV, hung up after I said I had a missed call..
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 12/22/2020
