I received two different magazines having the same Customer Service No. (I will not give the names, so I wont give the scammer further info), addressed to an unknown person who doesn't even live at my address. Having personally been a victim of identity theft, my biggest fear is that this is somehow part of a larger and more elaborate Identity theft ring. By assuming your address under a false name using your address these bad actors can hijack your personal information (your address) as a basis for a (gradual) full blown identity theft.

Today I received a People magazine dated November 8 2021. I do not subscribe to magazines. I tried to call the “customer service “ number. 1(877) 346-8509. It didn’t identify a company name. It said it was closed and open Monday through Friday pacific standard time.

I have been receiving a magazine i didn't order for the last 4 weeks. 877 346-8709 is listed as their customer service number. When you call, voice mail asks that you leave your number and they'll call you back. I didn't but instead stayed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up.
