Could not understand the important words like who this is or why they are calling. It was all too mumbled. Like a cheap headset not fully plugged in.

877 412 4706; Mar. 25, 2020, I thought it might be a company returning my call. A lady spoke mumbles which caused me to suspect it was a robo call. I asked what she wanted. She said, in clear english, Nothing. and hung up. So why did she call? Anybody know the scam?
Got a call this morning. I was at work so didn't answer. I don't call back unknown numbers, which I think is good behaviour because of possible unwanted costs. Some time ago I had call from similar number
