Called on 8/3/2020 in the morning. No message left.

Called me August 3, 2020 and left a recorded message saying that this was an ""emergency call from your computer support company"" saying that they are ""shutting down"" and that ""you are due a refund."" Then they want you to press some numbers to accept or reject the refund and some other stuff. I deleted the voicemail and blocked the number. I suggest you do, too. This is 100% a scam.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 7/30/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
