I got the phone call from a 619 number with a case number 2026-XXXXXX. The person hung up on me. Called back a second time, person answered "litigation dept." The person then proceeded with "we want to record this call." I told him no way and hung up the phone. If this TRULY a legal matter, you would get documentation in the mail. Not a text with a case number. This is a SCAM Caller!
