6/20/22: Received a text (SMS) message from this number that read "Melissa, wanted to circle back with you. Mr. Everett is interested in scheduling an initial interview this week. What time works best for you?" Firstly, they got my first name correct. Secondly, I have not applied for a job ~ I already have one. DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER!!
"Jack Edwards" calling from Amazon Fraud to alert me to possible fraudulent use of my Amazon card. Launched into far fetched story about how the card was found in a Toyota Corolla in Texas with blood on the seat.... stopped him in his tracks to tell him I'd call Amazon customer service myself to confirm his story and hung up. Moral of the story: don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.
